Decision Matrix spreadsheets
To download, simply right-click on the download link and choose to “Save Link As”. After downloading you need to unzip the file, then it is ready to use.
One folder has files for Excel 1997 - 2003 (.xls), and the has files suitable for Excel 2007 onwards (.xlsm).
